2. Click on the Settings icon
in the left bar menu and then on the
Backup
tab.
3. Click on the
Export configuration
button, save the file on your computer as well as the
background image
of the synoptic, and send them to Televic Conference via the support portal:
https://www.televic-conference.com/en/support-home
The background image is not automatically added to the exported configuration file. It needs
to be saved separately and sent to Televic Conference with the configuration file.
