5.2.- EXTENDED MENU 

Holding down the 

key for more than 3

seconds will bring up a series of menus for
less frequent use, called extended menus.

a.- Configuration menu

Holding down the 

key gives access to the

different configurations of the unit, which are
changed using the 

and 

keys. These

configurations are the following:

Functioning mode: 

QPSK Scan

Autoconfig

, 

8-PSK (2/3, 3/4, 4/5, 5/6, 8/9)

and 

TurboQPSK (1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8)

. In

the 

8-PSK

and 

TurboQPSK 

functioning

mode, the user select the configuration
parameters, as specified up to now. In the

Autoconfig

mode, the unit finds the symbol

rate and QAM modulation format from a
search table with priority as shown below:
