ENVIAR MENSAJE

The other options, sending E-Mail and sending a Fax,
can be accessed by pressing the

(17) key. We

will explain how to send each type of message in
detail later in this manual.

Sending a message

When ENVIAR MENSAJES is displayed on the
screen.

ENVIAR MENSAJE

Press the Mensajes/Aceptar (3) key. You will be
asked for the telephone number that you wish to send
to. Select the number you have chosen from your
directory (9) and press the Mensajes /Aceptar (3) key.

DESTINATARIO

You will be asked for the name of the sender, whether
you wish to write a “private message” and the
extension just in case the extension has more than
one telephone with short message service and you
wish to send it to one in particular. Both requests are
optional. If you do not wish choose either option, press
Mensajes/Aceptar (3) key until ENVIAR: SI. Appears.

¿ EXTENSION?

ENVIAR: SI

If you wish to continue with the message, press
Mensajes/Aceptar (3) key and ENVIANDO will appear
on the screen.

ENVIANDO

Otherwise, press the

(17) key until you see

ENVIAR: NO. Displayed on the screen.

ENVIAR: NO

Press the Mensajes/Aceptar (3) key and use the

(17) keys to choose between the options (save

or delete) and press Mensajes/Aceptar (3) key.

When ENVIAR E_MAIL is displayed on the screen.
