Access to direct
attention line

Direct access to Telefonica´s Customer Service Line.

Telefonica line (1004)

Lift the receiver and wait for the dial tone.

Press the blue (13) key.

Telefonica

will appear on the screen.

Access to European
Emergency number

Lift the receiver and wait for the dial tone.

Press the red (16) key.

EMERGENCIA

will appear on the screen.

EMERGENCIA

Access to Telefonica
operator service

Press the green (15) key.

Dial the number you wish to call, leaving your receiver
down. Lift the receiver and press the Green (15) key.

Telefonica´s Operator Code will appear before the
number you have dialled, and the call will be
established.

green (15) key then dial the number, lift the receiver
and press the MARCAR/MENU (18) key.

If you start dialling after lifting the receiver, press the
green (15) key followed by the number.
