The
Analyze Function
Normally, all of the functions automatically switch back to the
Analyze
function when they have completed their assigned operations. Pressing the
Escape
button in many cases also switches the analyzer back to the
Analyze
function. Alternatively, if you leave your analyzer on MAIN MENU screen
within 5 seconds without touching any key, it will automaticaly return to analyze
function.
If the analyzer is in subfunction mode, in most cases, it will
automaticaly return to analyze mode within 10 minutes.
The
Analyze
function screen shows the impurity concentration and the
application gases in the first line, and the range in the second line. In the lower
right corner, the abbreviation
Anlz
indicates that the analyzer is in the
Analyze
mode. If there is an * before the
Anlz
, it indicates that the range is linearized.
