NOTE: The format of the waveform data depends on the current settings specified by the last
WAVEFORM_SETUP command.
Command Syntax
<memory>:WaveForm ALL,<data_block>
<memory>:= {M1,M2,M3,M4,M5,M6,M7,M8,M9,M10}
<data_block>:= waveform data block.
Query Syntax
<trace>:WaveForm? <entity>
<trace>:= {TA,TB,TC,TD,C1,C2,C3,C4,M1,M2,M3,M4,M5,M6,M7,M8,M9,M10}
<entity>:= {DESC, TEXT, TIME, DAT1, DAT2, ALL}
If you do not provide a parameter,
ALL
is assumed.
Response Format
<trace>:WaveForm <entity>,<waveform_data_block>
TIP: It may be convenient to disable the response header if the waveform is to be restored. Refer to the
COMM_HEADER, CHDR command topic for more information.
Example
The following instruction reads the block DAT1 from Memory 1.
M1:WF? DAT1
