7. TROUBLESHOOTING
The relays do not switch
▸ Local
Please check whether the housing cover
is screwed on properly, as otherwise the
anti-tamper contact trips and the relays are
deactivated for security reasons.
▸ Additionally, if using the “Security relay”
add-on module
Please check the wiring from the door station
to the security relay (see Chapter 3.1 Security
relay). Then press the button at the security
relay for at least 2 seconds.
The door opener does not switch
Repeat the same procedure as for “Relays do
not switch”. Please also check the voltage
operating range of the door opener. Only door
openers operated with 12V DC/AC voltage can
be connected.
The door gong does not sound
Please check the setting of the gong switch
(see Chapter 4.6 Setting the door gong).
No access to the door station
Please check your installation and ensure that
the layout matches the respective connection
option (use of PoE, two-wire technology).
Refer to Chapter 2 Installation. Remove the
housing cover and check whether the green
Power-LED at the back of the device is lit.
If this does not solve the problem, please
replace the patch cable used.
