Here you assign a doorbell to the user:
the user can be more easily identified later. It
is not possible to “Save ” without enter-
ing a name. Make a note of the access data
displayed here (“User” and “Password”). It will
be needed later when the app for accessing
the video door station is configured. This is
described in the next chapter “Adding video
door stations”. Press Doorbell to select the
doorbell button, which is to be assigned to
the user. This user receives a push message
as soon as the assigned doorbell button is
pressed. Each user can be assigned one door-
bell button. In this way, each doorbell button is
configured as if it were a separate myintercom
system. If the user wants to be notified for more
than one doorbell button, several users have
to be created and several door stations have to
be set up on the user’s terminal device (one per
doorbell button). Press “Save” to add the user
to the video door station. “Delete ” deletes
the user from the video door station. This
deleted user then no longer has any access to
the video door station. “Change ” changes
the user’s password. A new random password
is generated and saved in the camera. Then
enter this new password on the smartphone or
tablet PC of the user. Press “Send by email ”,
to send the currently displayed user details by
email.
