Protocol Converter Dongle Troubleshootin

If the MediaHub
Active was installed using a Protocol Converter Dongle and it
does not seem to be
working properly, lights are illuminating
but TV is not auto

ching, try these troubleshooting
procedures:
A
Fully remove AC power to the TV. Then re

apply power to the TV and use the remote
control to turn the TV on. Wait 30 seconds before activating any input source into the
MediaHub HD.

If using a Serial Control connection to the TV, e
nsure the
USB cable is plugged
into the
USB port on the TV
.
Th
is connection provides power to the converter.
C
Ensure the proper DIP Switch Mode Settings are correct on the
Protocol Converter
Dongle,
according to
the installation instructions
