Troubleshooting
MediaHub Active
Troubleshooting
If
MediaHub
Active
does
no
t seem to be working
properly
, lights are not
illu
minating and TV is not auto
-
swit
ching
, try the following troubleshooting tips.
1
Ensure
cables are connected to the proper Mini Connectors on rear of
MediaHub
and
HDMI cable is placed in the correct
TV
HDMI slot.
DO NOT USE
HDMI(VGA) port

Fully remove AC power to the TV. Power
cycle the
MediaHub
Active, t
hen
re
-
apply power to the TV and use the remote control to turn the TV on.
Wait 30 seconds before acti
vating any input
source into
the MediaHub
Active
.

Ensure the proper DIP Switch Mode Settings are correct on the
MediaHub
Active
according to the brand of your TV.

Ensure the proper TV configuration was set between the MediaHub
Active and T
V/STB (baud rate, control settings, etc.)

Ensure the proper firmware versions and video driver versions are
those that are
integrated with your TV brand. Contact TeleAdapt
technical support.
