Telcare warrants the Telcare BGM
™
Blood Glucose Meter to be free of defects
in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one (1) year
from the date of purchase.
The liability of Telcare is limited to repair or replacement. In no event shall
Telcare be liable for any collateral or consequential damages or loss.
Instruments subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, exposure to water,
unauthorized repair, or modification are excluded from this warranty.
This guarantee specifically excludes expendables and consumables.
