Left Side Cover

No screws attach the left side cover to the mainframe. However, you must loosen
the two screws closest to the left side of the bottom cover in order to remove the
left side cover.

You will need a screwdriver with a size T-15 Torx

 

tip to perform this procedure.

Use the following procedure to remove the left side cover:

1. Do the Trim Ring removal procedure, steps 1-5, on page 4–10.

2. Do the Top Cover removal procedure on page 4–20.

3. Loosen the two screws on the bottom cover closest to the left side of the

mainframe. (See Figure 4–6 on page 4–11.)

4. Remove the left side cover.
