Instantaneous Voltage Measurement-DC
To
measure
the dc
level
at
a
given pai nt

a
waveform,
use the
following procedure:
1.
Set the
desired channel
AG-GND-DC
switch to
GND and
positi on
the
trace
to the
bottom line of the
graticule
(or other
selected
reference
li ne) .
If the v
ol

measured
is
negative
with
respect
to
g
r
o
u
n
d
,
position
t
h
e
trace
to
the
top line of t
h
e
graticule. Do not
move the
channel POSITION
control
after
this reference
has
been
established.

other than
ground.

switch to DC and apply
the reference
voltage
to the input connector, then
