Selecting the output-off function
This setting is used only when the output is turned off and the source-measure unit (SMU) is in
NORMAL output-off mode.
To configure the output-off function from the front panel:
1. Press the
CONFIG
key.
2. Press the
OUTPUT ON/OFF
control.
3. Select
OFF-STATE
and then select
FUNCTION
.
4. Select
CURRENT
or
VOLTAGE
.
5. Press the
EXIT
key to return to the normal display.

CONFIG menu on the 2600B front panel, or by setting the

Setting output-off limits

To configure the output-off limits from the front panel:
