5. Set the METER/SCOPE button to SCOPE mode.

6. Verify that the current measurement is displayed.

7. Disconnect the test setup.

NOTE

. For the following series of tests, the METER/SCOPE button must remain

in the SCOPE mode.

The following check verifies trace shift accuracy.
