• Use the balloon whisk

• You can prepare mayonnaise, aioli, sauces, whipped egg whites (up to 10 egg whites) (up to 500 ml).
• Never use the balloon whisk (C3) to knead heavy dough or mix light dough.
Starting up:
Program an operation time as shown on the TIMER feature or start immediately by turning the speed
selector

• The appliance will turn on automatically.
• You can add ingredients through the hole in the lid

Dismantling the accessories:

Fitting the accessories:
• Set up the blade assembly

and join it by making a quarter turn on the jug

• Set up the assembled mincer head (F) tilted towards yourself, opposite the outlet (A7), hold the
mincer head at the bottom. Reattach the mincer head’s feed tube vertically until it lock by turning it
towards the back.

Tips:
• Prepare all of the ingredients to be minced (for meat, remove the bones, gristle and nerves and cut
it into pieces).
• At the end of the operation, you can feed a few small pieces of bread into the feed tube to clear any
meat remaining in the machine.
• You can mince up to 3 kg of meat, maximum running time: 15 min
Starting and removing:
• Place a large bowl or the blender bowl

in front of the appliance to collect the minced product.
• Start the appliance by turning the speed control to speed 12. Wait a few seconds for the appliance to
reach the desired speed.
• Insert the pieces of meat into the feed tube piece by piece.
Never push the ingredients down the feed
tube with your fingers or any other utensil: use the pusher (F7)
• To stop the appliance, turn the speed selector to 0 and wait for the appliance to come to a complete
stop.
• Unlock the mincer head in the reverse order of the assembly.
