CONNECTIONS
- Connect up pump delivery with pipe fitting
3/4" no. 1.
- Connect discharge hose tail no. 2 with the
cistern choosing the discharge hose tail union
and diffuser from the following:
Orange
pumps from 40 to 70 lt/min Ø 30
Red
pumps from 75 to 100 lt/min Ø 30
Green
pumps from 110 to 150 lt/min Ø 40
Blue
pumps from 160 to 250 lt/min Ø 50
Connect discharge hose tail no. 3 with the
cistern (version REGAL V).
- Connect the hose-holder of taps no. 13 (no. 6
for REGAL) with the relative bar feeders.
PRELIMINARY ADJUSTMENTS
Before starting up the pump
- Move lever no. 4 towards the discharge pos. off.
- Undo the ring nut no. 5.
- Shut all the levers of taps no. 7 towards the
discharge pos. off.
- Screw on all the controls no. 8.
Start up the pump that will send all the liquid
towards the outlet.
OPERATING ADJUSTMENTS
- Raise lever no. 4 (on). Now the liquid will
go into the filter, if present, and into the taps
while the pressure gauge no. 11 indicates the
pressure that may be increased by screwing
ring nut no. 5 as far as needed. If there is a
delivery filter no. 9 the pressure of the jets is
displayed by pressure gauge no. 10 which is
located after the filter.
In this configuration pressure gauge no. 11 will
show whether the filter is dirty by indicating
higher pressures.
- To send liquid to the nozzles, open the single
taps nos. 6 - 7.
- With lever no. 4 it is possible to shut off or
open all the taps at the same time.
ANTI-DRIP SYSTEM
- On shutting lever no. 4, the anti-drip system
is automatically connected acting on all open
taps, provided that the pump continues to
deliver liquid at the same rate of flow.
- If the taps are shut with just the levers, the
anti-drip system will not start up.
- For perfect operation it is recommended to
use non-drip filters or non-drip diaphragm
jets.
COLLEGAMENTI
-Collegare la mandata della pompa col rac-
cordo 3/4" n°1
-Collegare il rifiuto n°2 con la cisterna sce
-
gliendo il diffusore e il raccordo di rifiuto tra i
seguenti:
Arancio pompe da 40 a 70 l/1'ø 30
Rosso pompe da 75 a 100 l/1'ø 30
Verde pompe da 110 a 150 l/1'ø 40
Blu
pompe da 160 a 250 l/1'ø 50
Collegare il rifiuto n°3 con la cisterna (versione
REGAL V)
-Collegare i portagomma dei rubinetti n°13 ( n° 6
per REGAL) con le relative alimentazioni di barra
REGOLAZIONI PRELIMINARI
Prima di avviare la pompa
-Portare la leva n°4 verso lo scarico pos.off
-Svitare la ghiera n°5
-Chiudere tutte le leve dei rubinetti n°7 verso
lo scarico pos.off
-Avvitare tutti i registri n°8
Avviare la pompa che manderà tutto il liquido
verso lo scarico.
REGOLAZIONI D'ESERCIZIO
-Alzare la leva n°4 (on) ora il liquido entra
nell'eventuale filtro e nei rubinetti mentre il
manometro n°11 segna la pressione che può
essere aumentata avvitando la ghiera n°5
quanto basta. Se è presente il filtro di manda
-
ta n°9 la pressione dei getti è visualizzata dal
manometro n°10 che è posto dopo il filtro.
In questa configurazione il manometro n°11
evidenzierà l'eventuale sporcizia del filtro
segnando pressioni più alte.
-Per mandare liquido agli ugelli aprire i singoli
rubinetti n° 6 -7.
-Agendo sulla leva n°4 è possibile chiudere o
aprire contemporaneamente tutti i rubinetti.
RISUCCHIO ANTIGOCCIA
-Alla chiusura della leva n°4 si inserisce
automaticamente il risucchio antigoccia che
agisce su tutti i rubinetti aperti a condizione
che la pompa continui a mandare liquido allo
stesso regime di giri.
-Se la chiusura dei rubinetti viene fatta agen-
do sulle singole leve il risucchio non si attiva.
-Per un perfetto funzionamento si consiglia
l'uso dei filtri antigoccia o dei getti a membra
-
na antigoccia.
