$7FFF, underflow of the range is signalled by value $-7FFF ($8001). De-
tailed data on signalling of overflow and underflow of the range for individ-
ual types of inputs - see notes to table 5.1.
In the PID format, value of the input variable is passed, converted to the
format compatible with PID instructions of Tecomat programmable logic
controllers. The value can be interpreted as percentage expression of the
full measurement range. Exceeding of the range is signalled by the value
$7FFF. Detailed data on signalling exceeding of the range for individual in-
put types - see notes to table 5.1.
