prepared in accordance with the requirements of Annex II B. This documentation shall be sent to
the relevant market surveillance authorities with an appropriately reasoned request.
Commissioning of the incomplete machine is prohibited until it is assembled or integrated,
with the help of other parts, into a machine that complies with the provisions of the
European Machinery Directive and with the EC declaration of conformity according to the
annex. IIA.
