Operator’s maintenance

General system cleaning
Daily frequency
Clean the contact surfaces (use only water or detergent with low alcohol content <5%).
Clean the backbone of the system (use only water or detergent with low alcohol content
<5%).
Specialized Maintenance
The target of maintenance is to keep the TRUNK system efficient, to preserve
performance, and to guarantee system security levels

Visual inspection of functional system, security systems, and controls frequency
semiannually

Check Structure and mechanical parts

Check of load cells
•
Accurate system cleaning

Review of overall system

Safe usage life of the device
The life time of the device is determined by proper use, environmental conditions, the
correct process of maintenance, and the scheduled maintenance. Following all of this
as defined brings the useful life of the device to 10 years of operation, after which, the
maintenance interventions (ordinary / extraordinary) on the structure and subsystems
will no longer be effective.
