Cause
Solution
Cannot connect with the SYSTEM,
check the cables serial connection and
restart the program.
The PC cannot communicate with the
electronic card.
Check that the serial connection is correct in this
way:
-The Serial cable behind the pc
-The Cable connection between the PC and the
SYSTEM
-The Connection cable that passes within supports
the mobile
Lost the connection with the database.
The software is unable to
communicate with the database; it
can happen if the database is not
located on the computer where you
are working, but it is on the network.
Check that the PC is connected to the wireless
network "easy-wifi-line" or, alternatively, the
network set by Tecnobody for use.
Check that the access point provided for the use of
the machines on the network is up and running.
Check that the PC is turned on and set up with a
server connected to the wireless network "easy-wifi-
line" or, alternatively, the network set by Tecnobody
for use.
Check that the configuration file under "Primary
Server" is the IP address of the PC that is
connected to the server.
Check that the PC is acting as a server from SQL
Configuration Manager and that the SQL Server
(TecnoBody) is running.
Unable to connect to the database, the
program will close.
The software is unable to establish a
connection with the database, making
it impossible to start the program.
If the computer is on a network with other
machines:
-Make sure the PC is connected to the wireless
network "easy-wifi-line" or, alternatively, the
network set by Tecnobody for use.
-Check that the access point provided for the use of
the machines on the network is up and running.
-Make sure the PC is turned on and set up with a
server connected to the wireless network "easy-wifi-
line" or, alternatively, the network set by Tecnobody
for use.
-Make sure the configuration file under "Primary
Server" is the IP address of the PC that is
connected to the server.
-Check the PC server by making sure the SQL
Configuration Manager and the SQL Server
(TecnoBody) are running.
If the PC works locally:
Refer to the last two points proposed above.
The battery of device X is low, connect
to the power supply.
The device in question (trunk sensor)
has almost run out of battery power.
