7.7. DISASSEMBLING THE ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT BOARDS

Carry out the procedure described in paragraph
7.6. “Disassembling the right and left ”,
removing only the right side guard.
1. Cut the straps securing the cables to the
protective grille.
2. Using a 7-mm wrench, back off the 5
hexagonal-head screws which secure the
protective grille of the electronic boards.
3. Remove the protective grille.
To disassemble the POWER SUPPLY
a
:
1. Unplug the 2 connectors CN1 and CN2.
2. Back off the screw which fixes the circuit
board to the plate support using a 7-mm
socket wrench.
3. Manually back off the fixing studs of the
protective grille.
4. Remove the circuit board.
To disassemble the ALTERNATOR
INTERFACE BOARD

:
1. Unplug the 4 connectors CN1, CN2, CN3
and CN4.
2. Back off the screw which fixes the circuit
board to the plate support using a 7-mm
socket wrench.
3. Manually back off the fixing studs of the
protective grille.
4. Remove the circuit board.
To disassemble the POWER RESISTOR

:
1. Back off the 2 nuts securing cable BK-5 with
a 7-mm wrench.
2. Back off the 2 nuts securing the resistor with
a 10-mm wrench.
3. Remove the resistor.
To reassemble the ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT
BOARDS, carry out the above steps in reverse
order.
