Unwrap and extend the aerial wire fully. (During
use you may need to experiment with position to
obtain the best reception)

Plug the mains cord into the power point.

Switch on at the mains.

The clock will set automatically when you first tune to a
DAB broadcast. If you live in an area where DAB
reception is not available, then you can set the clock
manually.
To set the clock manually-

Make sure that the system is set to Standby.
Press and

the

button.

Press the

or

buttons on the remote

control or the

or

buttons on the front panel

to select the digit you want to adjust.
Press the

/

buttons to set the

selected digit to the correct value.
Repeat the last two steps to set all the digits to the
correct time.
Press the

button to start the clock when you

have finished setting the time.

Press the

button on the handset or the

front panel to bring the unit in and out of Standby
mode.

There are 5 sources you can listen to through your
system. Choose from DAB radio, FM radio, CD, iPod or Aux
(an external source that can be connected to the back
panel).

Set the volume level you want between 0
(minimum) and 40 (maximum) by pressing the

buttons to decrease or increase the

volume level.

This function is available from the remote control

Press the

button.The volume will mute.

Press

again to un-mute the system

When you set the system to Standby, the mute function
is cancelled.

Set Clock will appear on the display and a cursor will flash
undertheleftdigit.
