According to the parameters that have been set, click “Std. Meas.” to measure the standard
samples successively. At the end of standard sample measurement, the data, calibration curve and
fitted formula can be displayed, as shown in Figure 3-59. (Figure 3-59 is only for understanding
the operation, no specific data value.)

After the completion of “Std. Meas.”, the measurement of unknown sample can be
performed directly.
Click “Smpl Meas.” after the unknown sample being put into the sample compartment. The
fluorescence value and the concentration of the unknown sample can be displayed in the right list
after the measurement, as shown in Figure 3-60. (Figure 3-60 is only for understanding the
operation, no specific data value.)
