3.6.2 Sample Measurement

Click “Start” button in the right toolbar of “WL Scan”, and the status bar of the
instrument prompts the conversion from “Ready” to “Scanning”, as shown in Figure 3-22.
Note: the “Start”, “Stop” and “Setting” buttons in the toolbar are valid, the rest are
invalid. The interface of “Time Scan” is the same.
