Slit
EX Slit and EM Slit of FL970 can be adjusted, which are respectively: 20nm, 10nm, 5nm,
2.5nm, 1nm and closed.
PMT Mode and PMT Value
PMT Mode refers to the boosting mode of the photomultiplier. PMT Value can be entered in
manual mode, the range is 0
～
900V.
Open the cover plate of the sample room, the high pressure will automatically close. Close
the cover plate, it is necessary to reset in the interface of “Setting”.

As shown in Figure 3-35, the parameters required for wavelength scan are described as

EM WL
The EM wavelength of time scan can be input from 190nm to 900nm with a minimum step
size of 0.2nm.
EX WL
The EX wavelength of time scan can be input from 190nm to 900nm with a minimum step
size of 0.2nm.
Scan Time
The input range is from 30 to 900 seconds.
Resp. Time
The optional time for detector to collect signal points is 0.2s, 0.5s, 1s, 1.5s, 2s and 5s.
