IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This appliance is not intended for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks.
Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the
rating label for the maximum continuous usage time (KB xx min where xx is the allowed
maximum usage time). The breaks should last at least 10 minutes.
USE OF THE BEATERS AND DOUGH HOOKS
With these accessories you can beat, knead and mix. It is recommended to make circular
movements or movements in the form of an 8.
•
Make sure the speed switch is in off-position “0” and the appliance is unplugged from the
power supply.
•
Insert the accessories in the openings at the bottom of the appliance and if necessary turn
them lightly until you hear a light click.
•
Check if they are locked properly by pulling them gently.
•
The beaters can be mounted equally in both openings, but for the dough hooks you have
to respect the sense indicated on page 4 (the hook fitted with a disk has to be placed in
the opening on the left).
•
Press the eject button to remove the accessories.

CLEANING
•
Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning it.

Remove the accessories before washing them in soapy water.
•
Wipe the outside only with a slightly moistened cloth, ensuring that no moisture
enters the cooling slots.
•
Do not clean with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool, as this will damage the finish.
•
Do not immerse the motor block in water or any other liquid.
