2) Correcting for hue shift between colors
1)
Place a new medium on the tray and click
Print next to "CMYK pattern".
2) When the test pattern has been printed, take
out the medium from the tray, and determine
which pair of black and colored lines are
aligned (or which pair of lines have the
slightest displacement between) per Cyan,
Magenta, and Yellow, and enter the
corrective values in the Cyan, Magenta, and
Yellow boxes on the Maintenance dialog,
and click the OK button. (In our example,
you need to enter -4 in the Magenta box.).
