3.5 Maintenance
1. Standby Time, the processor will automatically entry standby mode if no action.
Default value: 60 mins, turn OFF
this function by input value “0”.
2. Processor Calibration Counter, by cycle (pc) or by Hour.
Default value: 75000 pcs / 350 Hours. No matter which value met, calibration is required.
3. Offset value. It can be changed automatically after AUTO CALIBRATION. Or input
value and click on OK button to change offset manually.
4. Centering Device switch. When it was showing ON, Centering Device is activated.
5. Turn on this icon while Centering Device activated, cycle can be run automatically without
press on both start button.
DON’T use this function for production, since a cycle start without hands on
start button, operator could have chance to put hands into machine, that may cause crushing.
6. Processor cycle counter, which is designed to indicate the processor operation cycle after
leave factory. Can be reset by engineer.
7. Heating element timer, which is designed to indicate the hours the heating element
operate. It is required to reset when replaced the heating element.
8. Key lock.
OFF, operator can operate on the 10X quick button.
ON, processor won’t response when operator press on the 10X quick button.
9. Change password. Higher level authority can change lower level authority log on password .
When click on icon , it will pop up the window left.
You can change the password in this window.
