The USB Connection
Connecting the supplied USB cable between VoiceLive 2
and your Mac or PC computer offers the following
benefits:
o Audio input and output for recording and
monitoring without a separate I/O box
o Easy backup and restore of preset and system
settings
o Simplified system updates
o Information and tutorial videos
The VoiceSupport Application
This is a web-enabled application intended to enhance
your experience with VoiceLive 2. As well as keeping you
up-to-date with the latest TC-Helicon news items and
support materials, VoiceSupport is also a streamlined
system update and backup application. Finally, there is a
link to register your product with.
VoiceLive 2 does not need to be USB-connected in
order to access the tutorials, news and other downloads.
Also, you may view videos and other media from the
included CD without connecting to the internet.
PC Installation
1. Place the supplied VoiceSupport application CD in
your computer CD drive. If the install wizard does
not start automatically double click the setup.exe
file on the CD.
2. Follow the instructions on the installation wizard.
3. Connect VoiceLive 2 when prompted.
VoiceSupport will run automatically when the install is
complete.
Mac Installation
1. Place the supplied VoiceSupport application CD in
your computer CD drive.
2. Open the VoiceSupport.pkg icon on the CD to
start the installation.
3. Follow the prompts on the installation wizard.
