Step 6
Remove the release material clip, release sheet
retainer, and the release material sheet. Take these
parts to the sink to be washed and rinsed.

Repeat steps 1 through 6
for the remaining upper
platen.
Step 8
Wash and rinse the clips and retainers in the sink.
Set them aside for future use.
Step 9
Set the release material sheets aside on a clean, flat
surface next to the sink until further cleaning is
performed.
DO NOT fold, crease, or place them on
sharp objects.

Scrape the lower grill surface with the grill scraper,
from front to back.

Use the wiper squeegee to push residual grease into
the grease cans.

Remove, empty, and reinstall the grease cans.
