AIR FILTER
1. Remove the foam pre-cleaner and wash in warm water with detergent. Rinse with fresh
water and allow to air dry.
2. Inspect the foam pre-cleaner and replace if any holes or tears are found.
3. Clean any loose debris and dirt from around the paper element.
4. Remove the paper element and discard.
5. Inspect the rubber seal and replace if any damage is found.
6. Install new paper element.
7. Saturate the foam pre-cleaner with clean engine oil then squeeze out excess oil.
8. Install pre-clear over the paper element..
Never run the engine without an air filter installed, a damaged air filter element, or
damaged air intake components. Missing or damaged intake components will lead to
engine ingestion of dirt, dust, and or other debris that will damage the engine.
