Preparation
ICE CREAM: Once mixture is done, introduce in the appliance running until obtain
desired texture.
Cream
350ml skimmed milk
150ml Heavy cream
40gr confectioner’s sugar
Mix all the ingredients in a sepa-
rated bowl and introduce mixture
into appliance while working.
Banana
1 large ripe banana
200ml skimmed milk
100ml heavy cream
50gr confectioners’ sugar
Grind banana in a separate bowl,
place the other ingredients and
mix.
Raspberry
frozen
yoghurt
200gr fresh raspberries
200ml natural yoghurt
100gr confectioners’ sugar
Mash raspberries until obtain a
puree. Introduce yogurt, confec-
tioners’ sugar and mix.
Chocolate
mint
200ml skimmed milk
200ml heavy cream
50gr confectioners’ sugar
50gr grated chocolate
Peppermint extract
Place milk and sugar into a
sauce pan. Place over a low heat
and stir until dissolve sugar, then
leave it cold. Introduce heavy
cream and peppermint extract
and stir. Pour the mixture into
inner bowl with spatula running.
When the mixture starts to
freeze, add the grated chocloate
down the chute. Allow to freeze
until de desired consistency is
achieved.
Strawberry
250gr fresh strawberries
100ml heavy cream
100gr confectioners’ sugar
½ spoonful of lemon juice
Puree strawberies until smooth
in a separate bowl, add the
remaining ingredients and stir.
Pour the mixture into inner bowl
with spatula running.
