Pad Adjustment
1.
Pull the pull pin and adjust the pads to the desired position.
2.
Release the pull pin and make sure it engages in one of the adjustment holes.
Exercise Instructions
1.
Select an appropriate weight.
2.
Adjust the head pad and arm pad.
3.
Sit down on the seat pad with the back resting against the back pad.
4.
Place your feet on the footplate.
5.
Push the footplate forward until the legs are almost straight and then pull the adjustable handle
to the right to unlock the mechanism.
6. Slowly bend your knees, bringing them towards
your chest.
7.
Extend your legs.
8.
Once you are fi nished, with legs straight, pull the
adjustable handle back to lock the mechanism.
