Step 3:
Assembly of the Union Frames
NOTICE
Do not tighten the screws and nuts completely yet. Leave room for adjustments.
1.
Attach the left union frame (3) to the left sided lead rail (19) with one screw (35) and one fl at
washer (52).
2.
Attach the left union frame (3) to the left bottom frame (1) with two screws (38), three fl at
washers (53) and one lock nut (50).
3.
Repeat the steps 1 and 2 with the right union frame (4).
4.
Attach the lower beam frame (6) together with two weight plate storages (23) to the left and
right union frame (3 & 4) with a total of four screws (36), eight fl at washers (53) and four lock
nuts (50).
5. Attach another two weight plate
storages (23) to the left and right
union frame (3 & 4) with a total of four
screws (36), eight fl at washers (53) and
four lock nuts (50).
