Operations - important points
1. Retighten nuts and bolts after the first day of work and check the conditions
of all pins and cotter pins. Then, retighten every 24 working hours.
2. Carefully observe the lubrication intervals.
3. Do not use the front traction when the equipment is operating.
4. Keep a speed that is compatible with the operation and working place.
5. During operation, keep a constant
1700 rpm
engine rotation speed.
6. Do not uncouple any hose without relieving the circuit pressure. To do so,
activate the control valve levers a couple of times when the engine is turned
off.
7. Always hitch the equipment to the tractor keeping a slow gear and carefully.
8. Periodically check the oil level and fill the reservoir up when necessary. Do
not mix oils from different brands.
9. This equipment was not designed to clean the field for plantation.
10. If the equipment has the agricultural silage fork, remove the hay from the
top to the bottom by moving the cylinder until the material is released.
11. During work and transportation, do not allow any passengers on the tractor
or equipment.
12. Never use the PCA to brake the tractor.
13. Always keep the equipment well supported on the ground when it is not
operating.
14. To carry out any verification on the equipment, lower it to the ground and
shut down the tractor engine.
15. Periodically check the established adjustments on the beginning of the
operation.
16. Keep the control valve pressure adjusted to
180 kgf/cm².
17. Do not check eventual leaks using your bare hands. The high pressure may
cause body injury. Use a cardboard or other suitable object.
18. Relieve the control valve pressure before loosening up the quick couplers
or when carrying out any verification on the hydraulic circuit.
19. Carry out the operations on a controlled and careful manner.
6. Adjustments and operations
