7. Adjustments and operations

Scrapers adjustment

The scrapers must be adjusted as instructed on the 'scrapers assembly' page.

NOTE

- Place the drawbar on the central hole of the upper and lower plates to set the

equipment to transport position.

NOTE

- The adjustments previously described determine the cutting depth, so it is necessary

to keep an agreement between them for a greater performance.

2. Drawbar angle

- In medium soils, the drawbar works in the central hole (A) of the upper and lower

plates.

- Displace the bar to the other holes in order to increase or decrease the penetration

angle.

- Note that this adjustment changes the tractor position related to the previous pass.
