Code Description Remedy
E 020 Battery in deep discharge
The battery voltage fell below 20.5V.
Machine requires complete charging cycle.
Contact your service partner
E 041 The current difference between the brush motors is higher than 50% for 15 sec.
The brush unit is lifted.
Switch off the machine and let it cool down.
Contact your service partner
E 048 Short circuit detection or overload condition (e.g. blocked wheels or brushes).
Traction motor, brush motor or suction motor is switched off.

E 051 Incorrect parameters
The parameter checksum is incorrect.
