7 ALARMS
7.1 Alarm Log
The previous 30 alarms are logged in this menu along with the time
and date.
Press the corresponding short-cut
key to access this menu.
• Select the "12. Alarm Log" menu from the main menu then press
the right-arrow key.
• Use the down-arrow key to scroll
the display and view the recorded
alarms. The alarm conditions are
as follows:
Another alarm situation occurs when power to the controller fails.
In this case, the alarm relay is activated. When the alarm relay is
activated, the normally open contact (
) closes.
Resetting the Alarm Log
Simultaneously press the + and - buttons for a 3 second delay.
This operation can only be done from the installer mode (see sec-
tion. 5.2).
ALARM CONDITIONS MEANING
Comm. Error Auger # X
There's a communication problem
between the controller and the AMM-1 module of Auger #X.
Max Run Time Auger #X The run time of Auger #X exceeds the alarm limit.
Max Off Time Auger #X The inactivity time of Auger #X exceeds the alarm limit.
Max Temp. Auger #X The motor temperature of Auger #X exceeds the alarm limit.
