13.1. Fasten the side
frames (B and C) in place using four bolts (H13) and four washers ( H14 and H15).
NOTE:
DO NOT fully tighten all bolts
until you finish assembling all parts.
Once assembled, go back and fully
tighten all bolts. This will make the
assembly easier.
