The Diagnostic Settings lets you inspect important call 
information such as system numbers, line status, software 
versions, audio/video packet loss, jitter, and network 
traffic.
Also in this section you will find all about making back-ups 
of your local phone book, about resetting the unit and the 
noble art of upgrading the unit to a different software ver-
sion.
At the very end, you will find contact information in case 
you need to contact us.
