The use of Corporate Directories in combina-
tion with a management system makes phone
book updates easy to do and eliminates
the need for entering directory information
on each one of the video meeting units in a
company.

Phone Book Settings
In addition to – or in lieu of – a corporate
phone book, you may have your own
phone book stored locally. This phone
book is called My Contacts.
Corporate Directory.
When set to
On
,
the Corporate Directory is available in the
menu. When set to
Off
, the Corporate
Directory is hidden from the menu and
unavailable to users.
IP address.
Enter the IP address of the
management system that provides the
Phone Book.
Path.
This is the path to the corporate
phone book, typically supplied by a
management system.
