DS Telecom will provide product repair and replacement services within the warranty period in accordance with the consumer protection regulations (the Korea Fair Trade Commission
Directive 2008-3)

The warranty services will be provided by the Company’s authorized service centers at the request of customers.
•
Notice of customer remedies will be given within 7 days from the date of request, and the actual remedies will be given within 14 days from the date of forgoing notice.
