• When using this product in a Mercantile Burglar Alarm, UL681, tamper switch should be connected to a 24-hour supervisory loop.
*Standby battery -
Be sure the control panel is equipped with adequate standby battery and charging circuit.
Use 12V (at least) Nicd or lead acid battery with minimum capacity of 0.5AH.
- Estimated battery life -

standby power for a

INSTALLATION
Remove cover via
screw at base
of cover.
Loosen screws that fix
the sensor body on the
mounting plate, and
slide the mounting plate
downward to detach it.
