The space between the backrest and seat becomes narrow when the backrest is
reclined. Check that the customer's hands or arms are not between the backrest
and seat before reclining the backrest.
Do not allow a customer to lie face down on the chair. Unexpected operation of the
chair can result in injury.
Before raising the legrest (step), be very careful that the step or the customer's feet will
not contact any equipment in front of the step, and operate it safely.
Before lowering the legrest (step), make sure that no persons or objects are under the
legrest (step), and operate it safely.

Reclining the backrest
Push the backrest switch of the control panel (right or left) in the direction of the arrow to recline the
backrest. The chair operates while the switch is pressed.
If any switch except for the legrest heater switch is pressed while the chair rotation lock is released,
chair rotation is locked automatically.
3. Raising the legrest
Push the legrest switch of the control panel (right or left) in the direction of the arrow to raise the
legrest. The chair operates while the switch is pressed. The legrest of legrest-step linked type rises
together with the step.
If any switch except for the legrest heater switch is pressed while the chair rotation lock is released,
chair rotation is locked automatically.

Lowering the legrest
Push the legrest switch of the control panel (right or left) in the direction of the arrow to lower the
legrest. The chair operates while the switch is pressed. The legrest of legrest-step linked type lowers
together with the step.
If any switch except for the legrest heater switch is pressed while the chair rotation lock is released,
chair rotation is locked automatically.
