The Parameter is set depending on the Command Type that is sent. Refer to the
table below for the Parameter options.

Return Address
0 : the AVL report is sent to the default despatcher address
1 : the AVL report is sent to the return address specified.

- poll for a AVL report from the remote radio

- read a database item from the remote radio

- program database item into the remote radio

Control AUX
- used for controlling the AUX to the remote radio

- used for resetting the remote radio
