Warranty
As the manufacturer, Taga Bikes (hereinafter: “Taga”) supplies the Taga 2.0 vehicle
(hereinafter: “product”) under warranty, subject to the following conditions:
Î Î The warranty automatically applies to every Taga purchase.
Î Î The warranty is valid in the continent of purchase only
Î Î The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship,
for product used in normal conditions and in compliance with operating
instructions.
Î Î The warranty period is two years on the majority of Taga components
including the frame, gear and Cargo Compartment. The following parts have
a one year warranty: Child Seat fabric, basket fabric, cables, tires, and brake
pads. The warranty period shall never be extended, even in the event of
repairs being made.
Î Î
To request repairs under the warranty for defects in materials and
workmanship, you must present proof of purchase, made within the 24
months preceding the service request.
No warranty will be provided in the following circumstances:
Î Î The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear,
accident, or negligence. Examples include wheels and fabric worn down by
regular use and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended
time and use.
Î Î The warranty does not cover abusive use, negligence, or the consequences
of failing to comply with the operating instructions supplied with the Taga.
Î Î The warranty does not cover any repairs made after 24 months from date of
purchase.
Î Î The warranty does not cover any paint scratch caused by daily use
Î Î The warranty does not cover second hand or resold Taga tricycles
Î Î The warranty does not cover any failures caused by using non-original spare
parts.
Î Î
The warranty will not be provided if the serial number has been damaged
or removed.
Î Î
The warranty does not include shipping fees and labor costs.
