(AV30R) needs to be on software version v3.70 (v3.60) or higher
2. The DVD32R can also be configured to override the processor’s settings. If both
products are configured to define the display brightness, then the last change
(either from the DVD32R or the processor) will take precedence
Pressing
display
will cycle through the display brightness options.
You can customise the brightness levels, including the brightness
during play, by using the DVD32R’s menus. When your DVD32R
is switched on, the display will be set to a
startup brightness
level
which is defined in the
setup
menu. The DVD32R allows you to
define a different display brightness when a disc is playing, or
even to switch off the display. The display can also be configured
to switch to an
after hold brightness
automatically, after a given
hold time
. This
after hold brightness
can be set to
off
. The front
panel display settings can be accessed via

If you have connected the TAGtronic Communications Bus
between the DVD32R and a TAG McLaren AV processor, and the
processor

is configured to synchronise the DVD32R’s front
display brightness to the processor’s, then your setting will be
overwritten whenever the processor changes its front display
brightness
