Replacing the Fuse in a Sentinel Pro Unit
To replace a blown fuse in a Sentinel Pro unit:

Open the Sentinel Pro as described in
below.

On the AC/DC Converter card, replace the blown fuse with a fuse of the same
type and rating (4A/250VAC SB).

Opening the Unit Cover
To open the Sentinel Pro unit cover:
1
Verify that the power switch on the Sentinel Pro unit is turned OFF.

Remove the AC power cord from the Sentinel Pro unit.

Using a Phillips screwdriver, unfasten all of the M3 screws that clamp the
cover to the unit.

sing moderate force, lift the cover from the rear section.

Remove the cover completely.
Electrical Hazard. Contact with live internal components could cause shock, burn, or
death. Prior to opening the Sentinel Pro, make sure the unit is turned off and
disconnected from the power.
