Upgrading Sentinel Pro via TFTP 

Sentinel Pro Installation Procedure and Reference Manual

 - for Coral IPx / FlexiCom

Upgrading Sentinel

Pro using its W

eb Portal

To upgrade the Sentinel Pro software:

1

In the 

TFTP Server Addr

 field, enter the IP address of the TFTP server.

In the 

TFTP File Name

 field, enter the name of the file containing the 

updated software version to be loaded from the TFTP server. The length of the 
file name is limited to 30 characters including the suffix.

Click 

Update

. A confirmation message is displayed.

Click 

OK

. The Sentinel Pro Web page displays a bar indicating the progress of 

the upgrade process.

Abort

 to cancel the upgrade. The system will be restarted with the 

current software version.

Once the upgrade process has been completed, click the 

Refresh

 icon on the 

browser toolbar to re-display the Sentinel Pro 

Maintenance

 page.

Click 

Versions

 and verify that the updated software version is displayed in the 

Application

 field.

Upgrading the Sentinel Pro software version resets the Sentinel Pro and all its 

endpoints even if the upgrade process is stopped or not successful. The reset may 

cause interruption of calls and services in the system.
